Turning and milling

AVS uses advanced machinery for turning and milling, ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. Our processes include automatic lathes, multi-axis CNC, sliding headstock and automatic transfer, allowing metal components with diameters up to 110 mm to be machined.

Electrowelding

Electrofusion welding at AVS ensures strong, high-quality joints for a variety of metal components. We use advanced techniques to ensure that every weld is durable and reliable.

Laser cutting and folding

Our laser cutting and bending department is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of performing cuts and bends with millimetre precision on large sheet metal. This allows us to produce complex, high quality components.

Cleaning and brushing

Cleaning and brushing processes improve the aesthetics and functionality of metal components. We use specialised techniques to remove impurities and give a perfect finish, ready for final assembly.

Assembly

AVS’s assembly department combines precisely turned, stamped and cut components to create high quality finished products. Careful assembly ensures that each part meets the required standards and is ready for use.
