Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art machinery, such as CNC multi-axis lathes, CNC headstocks, transfers and state-of-the-art milling centers, we can guarantee excellent results and efficient production. Our machinery allows us to machine bars with diameters ranging from Ø2 mm to over 100 mm, enabling us to handle projects of any size and complexity.

Since 1977 we have been designing and manufacturing small metal parts for lightning and furniture.
Turning and milling
AVS uses advanced machinery for turning and milling, ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. Our processes include automatic lathes, multi-axis CNC, sliding headstock and automatic transfer, allowing metal components with diameters up to 110 mm to be machined.
Molding
In our stamping department, we use eccentric presses of up to 130 tonnes to create metal components of various shapes and sizes. The wide range of available moulds allows us to meet the different needs of our customers.
Electrowelding
Electrofusion welding at AVS ensures strong, high-quality joints for a variety of metal components. We use advanced techniques to ensure that every weld is durable and reliable.
Laser cutting and folding
Our laser cutting and bending department is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of performing cuts and bends with millimetre precision on large sheet metal. This allows us to produce complex, high quality components.
Cleaning and brushing
Cleaning and brushing processes improve the aesthetics and functionality of metal components. We use specialised techniques to remove impurities and give a perfect finish, ready for final assembly.
